Responsible for the maintenance and readiness of all combat equipment assigned to the 4th Infantry Division and Joint Base Fort Carson, CO. I trained and led a team of 14 Soldiers to provide over 1,400 scheduled services each month supporting the equipment that ensured the safety of over 23,000 Soldiers and civilians. My efforts resulted in a sustained readiness rating of 98%, 8% above the DoD standard, throughout my tenure.Served as the senior armament defensive and logistic capability advisor to commanders responsible for deterring Russian aggression in Europe, supporting the NATO mission in Afghanistan, and providing the State Department with a dedicated Global Reactionary Force. My contributions directly assisted commanders in their efforts to plan, synchronize and execute manning, resourcing, training and certification to units supporting combat, security and peacekeeping operations on three continents.Excelled as Military project lead and liaison that oversaw the performance of over 40 DA Civilians in the application of five specific upgrades and conversion of nearly 15,000 M4s to M4A1s for all active Army, reserve and national guard units across seven states.

My contributions directly assisted commanders in their efforts to plan, synchronize and execute manning, resourcing, training and certification to units in support of potential future combat operations on the Korean peninsula.Excelled in my performance as the project lead for the fielding and training of the M2A1 Machine Gun, M4 Carbine and M320 Grenade Launcher. I also developed the armament concept of support for the Korean Peninsula, led my unit’s transformation to a more streamlined organization and was recognized by senior executives for enforcing a positive climate of dignity and respect.
