My responsibilities included the handling/booking of all large programs within the Insurance and Financial communities. My focus was catering to the customer's needs and selling the city/ destination as well as the hotel. I drew great success introducing these customers to one of the greatest cities in the world, while offering them the ability to enjoy one of the greatest hotels in the world.
