    I was retained as an expert geologic witness for the law firm of Pope Hardwicke Christie Harrell Schell & Kelly LLP in a $50 MM East Texas Basin litigation. I worked West Texas and Southeast New Mexico procuring funds, marketed and managed multi-million dollar exploration and production projects on behalf of clients; evaluated and proposed 3D surveys in major oil and gas producing basins; supervised and negotiated acreage positions, geologic, 3D acquisition and interpretation, drilling programs and well site operations for various clients. Retained to evaluate and exploit HBP acreage in core company areas covering over 1000 square miles for Bass Enterprises Production Company.

    Responsibilities consisted of: presenting and recommending to executive management, areas evaluated for exploration and development projects; employed risk analysis, economic feasibility studies, and budget analysis; initiated 3D surveys and directed the land acquisition for those surveys in and adjacent to existing areas of interest; responsible for the development and expansion of the Permian Basin Eastern Shelf 3D play (consisting of over 600 sq. mi. of proprietary 3D data) resulting in an 80% economic success rate for Pennsylvanian Reefs; worked with geophysicists integrating geology with 3D seismic; identified prospects; supervised geologic well site operations; developed geologic models from core, FMS, and well data; and searched for other 3D and short radius lateral drilling opportunities in the Permian Basin.
