    As a consultant I have worked with more than a dozen organizations to increase customer acquisition, sales, and revenue directly through new or enhanced software solutions. Additionally I actively worked to reduce costs for my clients, directly raising their bottom line profits.For one client, a set of design changes and enhancements to their customer facing system returned a 300% increase in customer acquisition and a 500% increase in revenues from sales. These changes additionally reduced monthly maintenance costs from $100,000 to only $10,000.For another client, who was previously processing a client list by hand, I successfully automated the process and increased their nation wide client list from 30,000 to nearly 1.4 million. This lead to an ongoing increase in revenue of nearly 1000%.

    I worked on a number of projects with varying groups around the organization. These groups included Snapfish, HP Labs, and Autonomy (HP). I also worked with outside consulting groups such as Pivotal Labs and Value Labs. Solutions included helping to make enterprise solutions easier to maintain and deploy saving 95% of the time previously needed to test and deploy solutions to customers. This dramatically increased revenue as time to market decreased. I also headed up a team of engineers making a photo analytics service which processed terabytes of data per hour. This data was used to help customers make better purchasing decisions and lead to an increase in revenue of nearly 25%.
