Men’s Designer- Designed the Men's Line, (15-20 new styles each season,) selected and recolored prints, created and updated all line drawings, generated and maintained spec sheets, created storyboards, assisted in catalog production, ordered and organized all samples for trade shows and presented the line to retail clients at trade shows. Worked in the Patternmaking Department and made markers on Microdynamics computer system. Athlete Promotions- Developed and implemented a four-tier system from, cash to product, of athlete sponsorship levels for cycling, run, swim, and fitness. Negotiated with event sponsors regarding contribution levels. Managed and administered HIND’s sponsorship of the Marin Mountain Bike Team including negotiating logo placement, ordering team apparel, and working with a contractor for sublimation as well as construction of team jerseys. Reviewed and prioritized athletes requesting sponsorship. Developed and administered yearly budget for promotions.
