I also identified process and system improvements across the demand planning and supply chain functions that delivered a lift in forecast accuracy and a significant reduction in finished goods.I was appointed as the NZ Commercial Transformation Lead responsible for coaching and mentoring key stakeholders to identify, plan and execute improvement initiatives to successfully deliver on EBIT targets during 2016 and 2017.

I successfully led a number of initiatives including outsourcing the payroll functions to reduce costs, implementing a new budgeting and reporting system, and developing the global internal audit process.

I successfully led the team that won the tender for a major tax compliance contract, in addition to working in a secondment position with ASB Bank in the role of Corporate Tax Manager.I was able to lead a number of high profile merger and acquisition assignments during this time, completing due diligence processes and advice on taxation structure for multi-million dollar deals.
