A 23 year run with the ClubCorp family which began in 1983 with the acquisition with The Bohemian Club in Des Moines, Iowa. In 1985, relocated to Tampa as the opening Service Director for The Centre Club and successfully orchestrated a new club opening with an at capacity membership. In 1986, promoted to Regional Service Director for the Southeast. In 1994, joined the International Division of ClubCorp and facilitated the service staff training and club opening of the Capital Club in Beijing, China, the first of many International Clubs to follow. In 2003, returned to domestic operations due to the end of overseas expansion efforts. Responsibilities included overseeing the F&B service quality in both Domestic and International Clubs, maintaining operation standards, establishing new service procedures and associated training and maintenance processes, Club inspection policies and procedures, new Club openings, existing Club retooling, CG&S and FF&E purchasing, and much more.• Involved in over 40 club “opening” projects worldwide• Assisted in developing and implementing programs for service training (C.O.A.S.T – Club Orientation and Service Training and STAR- Smart Training Achieves Results), menu engineering and design, CG&S and FF&E purchasing• Provided leadership training and certification for Food and Beverage/Club Service Directors• Instrumental in establishing the Standards of Operating Excellence and Annual Club Inspection Manual/Process• Created and implemented quality control measures for food and beverage operations• Developed region wide programs and incentives to increase food and beverage sales for both a la carte and cateringClubCorp Certifications include:• C.O.A.S.T.
