    The title of Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car means you are one step from being an Assistant Manager of a local branch. Once you are hired full time you are listed as a Management Trainee. From there the expected time of being a trainee is 6-12 months. When the company feels you are ready you are interviewed by a panel of different department heads, all asking questions on how you would successfully run the business. With my intern experience I was asked to interview within 5 months of being full time.

    As an intern I was asked to handle any and all tasks thrown my way. These tasks ranged from going on sales calls with other employees to different accounts, to picking up customers as well as answering phones and writing tickets. The internship program gave me a huge advantage when I started full time in June of 2008.
