    Plastic Surgery Research in the Vascularized Composite Tissue Allotransplantation Laboratory, or the Cetrulo Laboratory. Learned to perform microsurgery and suturing techniques while assisting in rat surgeries for plastics and transplants surgeries. In addition, I took the the lead on a clinical project to create a machine that allows dosage of tacrolimus in the saliva. I independently consented patients and helped write the paper.

    A select group of students attend suturing workshops, Q&A panels with residents, surgical simulations, and shadow physicians. As Co-Director, I facilitate a mentorship program with the John Warren Surgical Society at Harvard Medical School, and organize and moderate panels with physicians to learn about careers in different surgical branches such as orthopedics, gender affirming and plastics, general, etc.

    Youth Lead the Change (YLC), created by Harvard Business School Professor Ranjay Gulati, is a Harvard-based organization that teaches leadership skills to students through global conferences in places such as India, Puerto Rico, Dubai, etc. YLC's curriculum is designed to foster community building skills, personal development, and team leadership. After attending a YLC conference, students are equipped to enact social change within their own community. As the director of Internal Relations, I ran the comp process for students applying to be teachers, and work to establish a community within our YLC team. I also worked with other board members to oversee the building of curriculum, client engagement, and external media.
