Ida campus) branch library. Chair of Five College Libraries' Access Committee (2013-2015, 2019-2021). Chaired Libraries Organizational Climate Task Force (2009-2010), Co-chaired Libraries Marketing Working Group (2014-15) and Customer Service Task Force (2017). Served as the UMass Circulation representative to the 5-College FOLIO Circulation/Users implementation team (2018-23), supporting successful consortial transition to the FOLIO library services platform in 2022. Chaired over 10 paraprofessional staff search committees and 2 professional staff search committees resulting in successful hires, Currently supervising 14 staff positions.
