Deputy of a division of civilian and military analysts that conducts tactical analysis of undersea warfare threats. Plan and execute organizational changes, recruiting, hiring, and training for the division, which is growing from 12 civilians to 37 in FY-21. Plan, coordinate, and approve division's travel, leave and attendance, and production. Coordinate within the division, budget personnel, and contracting officials on division's external contracts. Periodically travel to meet division's customers and brief on the division's analysis. Co-chair of the Intel/METOC working group and member of the Executive Working Group of the Undersea Warfare Improvement Program (USWIP), which produces the annual undersea warfare Integrated Prioritized Capabilities List (IPCL). Received ONI's Managerial Excellence Award in 2018. Member of a small team that received the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation in 2019.

Mobilized Jan-Sep 2004 to support the Joint Intelligence Task Force-Combating Terrorism (JITF-CT) and further assigned to the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (which later became the National Counterterrorism Center) to serve as a Senior Watch Officer for this national-level agency.
