    I started as a packer there after was moved to the role of sales and Marketing. My responsibilities where to;-Extracting a monthly sales report.-Drawing invoices to customers who bought goods.- Coming up with a CTN (cash transaction notebook) at the end of each day.-Receipting of cash/cheques from customers who owed Zamleather.-Issuing of quotations to customers. -Writing a credit note for goods returned by customers.-Establishing a good relationship with both new and old customers.- Resolving of customer complaints and attending to their queries by meeting with them, through the phone and outlook emails.-Enganging in marketing exhibitions as a way of establishing corporate relationships and marketing the company's goods.-Attending all monthly stock take so as to keep upto date with stock levels.-Writing a requisition to production and central stores to quickly deliver as per the customers order.-Verifying what has been dispached from stores to the customer.-Delivering of customer orders to them if required.
