    Achieved operational management experience and promotion at two of the highest volume car rental locations in the country. Managed the daily operations of Orlando, Fl airport location (1994-1995) and Atlanta’s Hartsfield Airport location (1995-1997), during the summer Olympics. Work groups of direct supervision included shift managers (7), bus drivers (23), service agents (80), rental agents (45), fleet drivers (50+/-). Managed with two different union contracts. Duties included customer service, staffing, scheduling, rental projections, various fleet (inventory) control reports, monitoring rates, quality control, cash deposits and other duties required by the operation and our customers.
