    During my PhD at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, I acquired multidisciplinary skills in the following areas:- Development, modeling and optimization of mammalian cell retention strategies suitable for high-density mammalian cell culture in perfusion bioreactors.- Process monitoring using online techniques such as impedance and Fast Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopies.- Modeling of chemical and bio reactors- Modeling of suspensions in micro- and meso-size channels using Computational Flow Dynamics techniques- Implementation and use of data analysis and machine-learning algorithms- Advanced programming skills using Python, Matlab, C, C++ and Fortran.
