    We are a locally owned and operated independent insurance agency. Established in Baltimore, MD in 1948 as Nelson T. Offutt and Company, the TAMRAC Insurance Group continues to expand through internal growth and outside acquisitions. In the spring of 2007, Hay Insurance Services, LLC was added to the Group. This addition has aided in the expansion of the TAMRAC Group and has helped us become one of the largest and most preferred independent insurance groups of the Mid-Atlantic region.Along with personal insurance, we offer specialty insurance programs for businesses in the food and hospitality industry and automobile service and repair industries.
