    This role involved working at one of the three CJ students accommodations admin offices in Johannesburg which was Mill Junction student accommodation, I was expected to travel throughout the University of Johannesburg campuses to advertise and promote CJ students accommodations. I was responsible for Providing orientation visits for potential students and their families and stakeholders such as Student Recruitment, deal with student enquiries face to face, by phone or by emails. Provide general information and advice about the accommodation also provide front-line advice and assistance to new and existing student tenants on a full range of issues relating to student accommodation, such as tenancy and repairs issues, rent and arrears information, allocation procedures, inter-flat issues, private sector advice.while working as an intake agent being surrounded by people of different characters and backgrounds and have therefore acquired excellent communication skills, social media skills adverting and promoting the student accommodation on social media platforms. I also acquired Customer relationship management tool skills and Conflict management skills
