They have 12 branches country wide and 4 in Southern Africa.Year 2000 CompliancyI did the entire APPX Y2K compliancy project on the live system. Otis SA had a completely clean internal Y2K audit. This project took three months and 3500 dates were modified. This project was completed under budget.Speed II APPX ConversionI was project leader for this migration that took 12 months. I worked on all the complex applications and sorted out the problems arising from user testing. There were 10 people who worked full or part time on the project. Otis went live on the scheduled date and we had no major mishaps. The project was completed within time and budget.Technical and User TrainingI produced the technical training material and provided all the APPX training for Otis IS department.
