CDR (Ret) Terry Tatman (USN) currently serves as the Project Manager for DMMPO’s Medical Materiel Management Contract, which focuses on Strategy Management for the Defense Medical Logistics Enterprise and Assembly Life Cycle Management (ALCM). The implementation of Joint Assemblage Life Cycle Management is one of four critical initiatives identified by the Defense Medical Logistics Enterprise as a key initiative needed to promote interoperability of medical materiel across Services and to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the planning and execution of ALCM programs. As a contractor with General Dynamics Information Technology, Terry has served in his current role for over 2 years.
