    I have over 15 years of experience as a Retail Property Manager with extensive experience in the Northern and Central California trade areas. As Regional Director for Shelter Bay Retail Group's Central California area, I oversee the branch office located in the Sacramento area managing retail shopping centers. Various responsibilities include supervision and management of team members within the branch office, Client, Tenant and Vendor relations, annual budget preparation, submittal and adherence as well as annual business plans, quarterly reforecasts, lease administration and interpretation, expense reconciliations, monthly reporting for Clients including financial analysis, collections, lease renewals, new lease input and coordination with outside brokers, capital projects and construction.
