Responsible for building a C# application bridging the C# front-end and the native C++ back-end, consisting of an AI Server and multiple Image Generators rendering the 3D environment. The application controlled many elements within the game-engine via the API. The application sent commands to trigger AI behaviors for 3D models (people and vehicles), set weather effects and set-up static model placement. The FPS application had a Heads-Up Display to show weapon reticle, weapon selection, situational awareness, sensor mode and health status.- SOF Air Ground Interface Simulator (SAGIS) systemo Developed an application to translate native API calls to the Common Image Generator Interface.- USA / USMC Improved Moving Target Simulator (IMTS) Stinger Upgrade systemo Developed an application to configure the edge blending and geometry on 16 image generators projecting on a 360-degree 30’-diameter dome for fully immersing a trainee in a 3D environment. The application acted as the Gateway between the host computer and the image generators for setting up the different terrain databases and scenarios.Developed an application to control and configure multiple image generators. The application controlled the weather effects (rain, snow, fog, cloud layers, sea states, time of day), static 3D model placement across the visual database, point light and global lighting effects, particle-based effects like dust-trails, fires and explosions and sensor effects like NVG and IR.
