Following the sudden death of the practice owner in January 2010, I served to ensure all operational functions, and was liaison with attorneys with regard to the estate as it related to the practice. When I began working here in 2005, it was a start-up practice bringing in $200K. During my tenure it grew to a $2.5M practice by December 2010. I took full marketing and sales responsibility as well as brand recognition. As the practice grew, I implemented operational processes to ensure cost savings and solidify vendor relations. Patient satisfaction was key and through community involvement and the implementation of new programs we were able to enhance the service offerings and stimulate the growth of the practice. The highlight of this position was the seeing long-term change in people's lives.
