    In my role as an Events Executive at Crown Perth, I am responsible for the administration, implementation and coordination of the 12 month events and activations calendar for the business. My role specialises in coordinating the designated portfolio of events and activations in conjunction with relevant business units in order to meet the business objectives. These business units include but are not limited to, Gaming, Hotels, Food and Beverage, Human Resources and Crown Perth initiated events. A large portion of my role includes building relationships with a series of stakeholders, in particular, key external contractors and other internal departments. This role requires timely and regular reporting, event debrief analysis and working within the event budget.

    I passionately enjoy working as a bartender at The Merrywell and at TWR, Crown Towers. I learnt so much throughout my time in both venues and feel as though I was continuously improving due to constant feedback given by supervisors and management. This role required a lot of direct customer service, a skill in which I enjoy and thrive at. The role allowed me to experience various situations with customers that allowed me to learn how to effectively adapt and respond accordingly to certain situations. Both venues had a large number of staff and therefore teamwork was a key skill that each employee needs to obtain in order to efficiently and effectively carry out our respective roles.
