Launched, managed, and served as legal representative for Peabody China in Beijing. Built a state-of-the-art office to serve as regional headquarters for Asia, and recruited and built a 20-person team. Lived in China and regularly visited remote parts of China and Mongolia, developed an appreciation for the richness and diversity of the Chinese people, and established a broad network of relationships.
