The capacity to work across the world face-to-to face and virtually using e-learning has been given to me in my professional life. I have contributed to educational advancement both as an individual and as a member of teams of educators locally in China, Thailand, USA and most recently in Vietnam. My current Dean of College recently noted in 2013 that my "teaching is at a very high level level of engagement indeed…and am able to communicate clearly with learners in Australia and off-shore." I am regarded as an exemplary teacher as she noted I am "...excellent with both post-graduate groups and individual research students." I have adopted the belief that "global education" is a way to advance education at a local and national level whilst engaging in mutually respectful reciprocal opportunities in the international arena.

It's ok that you dream bigger than some people around you. Don't wonder if you're crazy for wanting more, and don't minimize yourself just to fit in. That restlessness and ambition you feel is normal, not for everyone perhaps, but certainly for high performers. Brendon Burchard
