    Positioned as head of development and product analysis in Logistics Sector, reporting to Logistics Director, Duties include implementing and developing add-ins modules to control the process of production planning, Sales Analysis, Budget Setup, and follow-up. The production planning modules cover:-1. Implementing a production-control module that maintains all the necessary information for generating a production program for the group factories (4 Sanitary-ware factories and 2 Tiles factory). Production programs are compared against: actual production, urgent change requests, and production deviations to assure optimal use of production capacity.2. Budget module to generate a budget production plan for the next year. The budget is based on a sales forecast for the next year, along with confirmed orders, and both current and proposed possible production capacity extension(s) according to the top management policy.3. Design and implementation of necessary tools to feed above modules with essential information such as : forecast consolidation, product information and production capacity presentation.Tools Used : MS Access, and MS Excel.

Also duties include guiding staff members to using new 4th GL tools and Client/Server tools. 1990 – 1996: Arab Software Consultants (ASCON - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia),Positioned as the Technical manager/Team leader for Riyadh region. The responsibility was to run both technical and business activities and manage technical team of the Saudi branch in order to deliver projects in KSA and support customers there. Platforms expanded to cover LAN ( Novell based), Unix Based ( LAN, WAN ), Applications Development were implemented on RM-Cobol, Oracle DBMS, and SQL Forms, SQL Reports interface.1985 – 1990: Egyptian Software Consultants (ESCON), Alexandria, Egypt,Working as Analyst / Programmer, duties included developing new computer applications, and analyzing business packages. Development and deployment spanned to cover Stock control, Payroll, Accounting, AP/AR, Fixed Assets and others. Also, Unix OS Shell languages and Administration courses were conducted under supervision of NCR Alexandria.
