    Engaged to oversee development management for several major projects, two high end residential towers, a 4-star hotel, a gated community and a commercial low rise project; I held full responsibility for client satisfaction, stakeholder engagement and the direction of consulting and contractor team. I led the design processes and construction activities through to completion, maintaining a keen focus on client needs, budget constraints and quality expectations. I managed regular communications as a client representative, monitoring progress, resolving challenges and maintaining budget control while identifying and resolving any exposure to risk.• Leading end-to-end design process, master plan, approval and contractor appointment for a high-rise residential tower (248 apartments + retail), currently under construction; • Driving improved financial return by gaining master developer approval to alter the design requirements;• Significantly reducing the original design price through value engineering;• Securing a number of challenging approvals through effective stakeholder engagement and influencing;

    Responsible for supporting development management, I engaged a diverse team of consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to deliver the project, drafting the scope of services and contractual terms to mitigate risk and ensure that all milestones were met to protect client interests. Additionally responsible for identifying and mitigating any areas of risk, I led regular meetings and monthly reporting to manage relationships between the client and consulting teams, managed the budget spend and cost control measures and acted as a key point of contact for more than 2000 people involved in the project. I was also frequently asked to present to both local authorities and the client for advanced skills in communications and an ability to influence effectively. • Co-ordinated and managed a local and international team of consultants to develop a project master plan for a 1.6m m² land/900k m² BUA mixed-use development incorporating housing, retail, office space, schools and community facilities and supporting infrastructure.
