In addition to my Stakeholder Engagement Manager position (below), I also have management of the US and Australian Scholarship programs. This has included oversight of 5 staff, responsibility of over 500 active Scholarship recipients, strategic thinking, budgeting, and planning for the program, and all reporting required to partners in Washington DC. Further, I oversee the outreach and special projects portfolios. This includes engagement activities across Australia and the US, as well as key development projects- rebuilding our CRM system, assisting in the development of a Reconciliation Action Plan and others as they arise.

In this role I hold responsibility for the Commission's $60mil partnerships portfolio. This includes developing and maintaining contracts and variations, maintaining funder relationships, ensuring reports and updates are received as well as sourcing new funding opportunities to ensure the continued sustainability of the program. I also have oversight over fundraising for specific initiatives, including state funds, anniversary years and raising funds for events. Further, I also oversee all Commission events including an annual gala and orientation program, state-based receptions, anniversary events and more. Lastly, as a special project for the Commission's 75th anniversary I am also the project lead for an impact assessment, considering the programs impact on it's recipients throughout it's history.

In this role I led Common Purpose's work in Australia. In this role, I was responsible for all aspects related to the management of one of the world’s most prestigious and elite scholarship programs. This included the promotion, recruitment, selection and recipient care for close to 150 scholarships on an annual basis (with an annual value of over $8mil). This key strategic position managed the program in fulfilment of the Commission’s strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, I was responsible for the fundraising and organising of the Commission’s key calendar events, including a 400+ person gala dinner, an annual orientation program and a Distinguished Chair lecture series. Further, I also headed the Commission’s partnerships, including developing all scholarship agreements and amendments, and communications with Commission funding parties.
