These functions include but are not limited to confidentiality, interviews, payscale review, orientations, hiring in people soft, Kronos functions. Advocating for associates with matters either work/personal or departmental related. Webinar trained on the new VTA system that is just coming back on line for use by ARM’s. Knowledge of many policies and procedures associated with the role.
