Operations• To be the initial customer contact for all daily operational security, Fire Safety and Health and Safety related matters across all sites within the contract.• Monitor operational performance through monthly audits of administration set by client targets.• Responsible for management of the security operation within a high profile site in the West End.• Overall responsibility for Health and Safety of all employees on site and the delivery of safe working practice at all levels.• To provide effective support to the client’s Building Manager and undertake incident management responsibilities.• Work in partnership with service partners and customers’ representatives, ensuring all aspects of site Security and Fire Prevention requirements are effectively managed.• To raise the profile of security and fire prevention ensuring that customers are well informed at all times of procedures and processes. • Ensure regular, formal operations meetings are held with customers’ representatives, correctly minute and recorded.• To provide operational and management support to all sites within the contract.• Ensure all staff carries out their duties in accordance with procedures and Policies. • Ensuring that all requirements set by client management along with instructions and policies are incorporated within the site Assignment Instructions and Security Operating Procedures in a suitable format and are correctly implemented by the security teams.• Ensure accurate records are maintained of all equipment including alarm systems, monitoring and recording devices, reported as defective and ensure appropriate and timely response and repair of equipment.• Ensure compliance with legal, Company and contractual obligations at all sites, such as the Data Protection Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, procedures outlined in the Company handbook, Standing Instructions, Assignment Instructions.
