    It was an internship spread over 15 days. I dedicated 45 hours to the internship, as required. There were various workshops conducted by mental health professionals. As an intern, I also developed a project related to mental health, under the guidance of our project mentor. For the project, the interns were required to design a prevention and promotion module for a particular mental health cause, based on three levels. It helped me enhance my research skills and develop my ability to translate theoretical knowledge to ground-level work.

    It was a week-long internship. We had regular lectures on themes revolving around psychology. We also visited an NGO, that works for the elderly. The field visit helped me gain exposure and a deep insight into the psyche of the elderly. Overall, it was an extensive internship where the interns gained deep knowledge on psychology and related subjects.
