    I retired from the private practice of law in Arizona on March 31, 2014. I have permanently moved to the Fort Collins, CO area where I am primarily engaged in real estate legal matters.I am in-house counsel to Platinum Management, Inc., a management company in Tucson that handles the management of community associations. I am working part-time for PMI on an as-needed basis.I am certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a real estate specialist. I practice primarily in the area of community association law, although I handle other types of real estate matters. I am a member of the Community Association Institutes College of Community Association Lawyers.
