    Soho Projects is a prominent design-construction company, specialising in refurbishments and fit-outs in the hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors. Sohoprojects has worked with Australia's top brands including Sass & Bide, Saba, Sportscraft, Glue, Aquila, Oakley and Nokia. My role as Operations Coordinator is critical to the success delivery of these small, medium and large scale projects, and involves liaising with clients to determine design and budgeting requirements as well as the development and implementation of creative social and community campaigns. I also create designs and content and review and proof end products prior to publishing.-Liaise with clients to determine design and budgeting requirements;-Create designs and develop content using Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop;-Develop and implement creative campaigns for social and community projects;-Work with internal teams, colleagues, and managers to develop creative solutions and content alignment and approvals;-Develop on-brand native & custom content solutions that engage a discerning audience across multiple platforms, including (but not limited to) digital, video, print, and animated / interactive infographics.     A not-for-profit organisation, Shalom fosters Jewish life and learning to build the Sydney Jewish community. My main focus in this busy and critical role is to conceptualise, implement and manage the direction of Shalom's marketing programs to ensure a successful brand presence and communication of the vision of the organisation. Other responsibilities include:-Coordinate with media outlets, publications and online communities on distribution of marketing content;-Review and proof products and designs prior to publishing;-Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs;-Develop and maintain strong productive relationships with key marketing stakeholders;-Conduct market research to determine target markets, demographic specifications, industry trends and developments;-Establish and monitor end to end program engagement in conjunction with Programming Director.

As the Community Manager I had overarching responsibility for Marketing and Social Media Campaigns, as well I was heavily involved in content creation including the production of brochures and newsletters. I additionally managed and implemented medical and business development webinars and training programs for doctors.

    Newgroup Marketing is an innovative digital marketing specialising in strategy, visual design and communications. As the Owner of Newgroup I was successful in sourcing projects with key clients including Tetsuya's, Amazonia, Luxe and more. As Head of Creative I lead a team of 10 creative, technical staff through many and varied projects. This role involved:-Hiring, training, coaching staff including performance management;-Coordinating client briefings to identify needs, define project requirements and develop creative solutions;-Sourcing suppliers and managing communications for events planning and operations;-Managing project plans and client communications;-Determining product marketing strategy to improve sales. Key Achievements:-Tetsuya’s: Redesigned digital branding strategy and implemented logo and stationary refreshment, new website, photo retouching, creative writing, and social media campaigns resulting in increased website traffic and revenue increases-Amazonia: Identified the opportunity to redesign and rebrand entire client site. This was hugely successful, increasing sales from $1K/week to $24K/week. I also informed their ad strategy, resulting in savings of $6K per month. These initiatives resulted in Amazonia becoming Newgroup’s main client.-Establishment of health store distribution network, juice bars and cafes, and joint ventures with Boost Juice and New Zealand Natural. This resulted in the introduction of new products and a 3000% online sales increase over a 6-month period-Newtown Bakery café Luxe: Redeveloped brand including logo design, digital presence, website, and marketing campaigns.

    A huge educational achievement of which I am particularly proud was the completion of my Masters of Design at the Raffles College of Design and Commerce, Sydney. Whilst completing my studies I also consulted as a Freelance Graphic Designer, successfully juggling numerous projects while furthering gaining a critical qualification that has been invaluable to my career. As a Freelance Graphic Designer I sourced key clients that included Ryan Press Visual Merchandising, Revesby Press, Darna Restaurant, and Zspace. The projects I managed for these clients included much design work as well as the development and delivery of logos, managing brand identity and developing print and digital materials.
