I passed japanese patent attorney examination when in the university, and I have worked for 12 years at Sony as a patent engineer in charge of Semiconductor, especially image sensor, general transistor device related to last gate high-k metal gate electrode below 28 nm, MMIC, circut layout etc.I have experienced a patent license negotiation with US patents, sell patent portfolio, support for filing a patent application, plan/execute a world patent prosecution scheme, planning and execute scheme for patent*AI.I have learned china language and china patent law.I have joined project of Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA), and activated as leader for IP discussion between japan and china IP member.Also have joined data analysis program such as Decision tree, Logistic regression analysis.I developed AI tool to analyze/predict good patents from data set about patents. I can contribute companies result as business-translator between IP and AI.I planed and executed purchase of the patent assets as a leader.
