    Provide quotations to customers and reps. Enter sales orders, samples, and RMA’s into MRP ASK/ManMan) system. Work with production, QA, and engineering to resolve customer issues, improve performance, and maintain 100% on-time delivery. Maintain updated ECCN and HTS list of MwT products. Obtain end-user/end-application certificates from customers. Search the Consolidated Screening, Denied Persons, Entity, and Unverified List. Determine license requirements or possible license exceptions that may be applicable based on product to be shipped, end country/user/application. Interact with both DECCS and SNAP-R to apply for and track status of EAR and ITAR license applications. Communicate often with the Commerce Department on inquiries and license status.
