    I completed my final placement (consolidation) at Forest Heights LTC in Kitchener, ON. Learning activities included medication administration; behavioural supports (BSO) including DOS & AMMT documentation; Point Click Care documentation; Charge Nurse duties (i.e. building safety inspections, narcotic counts), and reports generation (i.e. food & fluids, complex alert documentation).This placement allowed me to grow in critical-thinking, such as knowing when to send a resident to the hospital or when to contact the on-call physician. I am so grateful I had this placement for my consolidation & I look forward to using these nursing skills and competencies moving forward.
