    Duty’s & Responsibilities-- Coordinate mechanical activities in shutdown and turnarounds in refineries and power plants. • Coordinate the project with internal team and sub-contractor with regard to the time schedule, material specification and quality. • Responsible for Developing a fully detailed schedule in MS project, monitor all changes and revisions of the construction method statement and overall programs. • Prepares and updates labor resource programs showing the work force required for each direct trade, and for major sub-contractors when applicable. • Provide input to the project manager regarding project planning and scheduling of project components and milestones and keep clear records of all design decisions, calculations and project related documents. • Development of method statements and risk assessments. • Review and verification of as built drawings. • Ensure proper maintenance of inspection reports and records, maintains various records in the computerized systems and updating inspection results and other data. • Conduct HSE meetings and ensure the HSE policy implementations. • Installation, maintenance and repair works of HEAT EXCHANGERS as per ASME code VIII Div.1, API 660 and API 661 requirements oil-gas and marine industry.• Hydrostatic pressure testing of Vessels, Heat Exchangers and pipelines. • Ensuring Gasket joint integrity by bolt torquing, tensioning and hot bolting in refineries and power plants. • Internal and External inspection carried out on Heat exchangers. • Carry out NDT tests on Heat exchangers and Mechanical equipment’s Tests Include MPT, DPT and Hardness tests. . • Ship repair activities including offshore activities.Major companies in UAE I have worked in as a Dolphin Representative. - EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINUM -ENOC PROCESSING COMPANY LIMITED - EMAAL AL TAWEELA - DUBIA GAS -ARABIAN INDUSTRIAL GASES - SNOC - DRYDOCK WORLD - DEWA
