    I practice exclusively in commercial litigation with a focus on property disputes including retail leases, sale of land, adverse possession and road disputes. I regularly represent and advise both Victorian Local Government and private development clients and understand the diverse needs of both. I also have extensive experience in the areas of contract, corporations, competition and consumer, superannuation, negligence and insurance related litigation.In particular, I focus on dispute resolution and achieving the best commercial outcomes for my clients. I am an experienced negotiator, regularly appearing at mediations and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. My litigation skills are enhanced by my attention to detail and strategic thinking. I have conducted proceedings in the Supreme Courts in Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, the Federal Court, the High Court, and before specialist tribunals including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and the Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
