In 2005, Suzanne founded SMS Synergies LLC, a company geared toward helping organizations thrive in today's rapidly changing environment. She successfully launched and oversaw the first Native American media platform, Indian Country Today Media Network LLC, and EXOH Designs, a jewelry company with a message. She has also consulted for and developed properties in the areas of entertainment, music and technology. In addition to her other clients she has done work with the founder of URBANIME, a company that through fantastical narratives, is creating a world of storytelling featuring heroes that will inspire the urban youth market. Content is authentic as it is created by people who have experienced, and have been impacted by the evolution of urban culture.

After performing an evaluation of Indian Country Today, a weekly newspaper that was solely owned by the Oneida Nation of New York I recommended that we create the first Native American multi-media platform, filling a void that existed in the marketplace. Once the nation approved the plan, I directed the business from conception through launch through day to day operations, overseeing the creation of the infrastructure, staffing, P&L, marketing, branding, new business development and advertising. ICTMN launched in Jan. of 2011 with offices in Manhattan. It has since earned the reputation of being the first and only internationally recognized Native American media platform

After the buy-back of the company from Time Inc., I served as Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales & Marketing / Publisher (one of five directors of the Executive Team, working directly with the COO/CEO). Our business model was such that each business head was involved in all launches, acquisitions, and development of partnerships. My individual responsibilities included the oversight and management of all aspects of advertising sales, marketing & events across all media, including publishing, television, radio and internet. I directed one of the first integrated ad sales teams in the industry (now referred to as 360 selling) for all media properties
