    - NPD (New Product Development) Manager on MantaRay Drive Product (2009-2010): I went to LCO (Seagate USA Design Center) during Jul’2009 to Sep’2009 to transfer MantaRay product from LCO to Korat. I took care this product since design phase, I worked with USA Design Center and Korat team to do Yield Improvement, Test time (Cycle time) reduction, Quality improvement, Customer Qualification and all of Customer Issue in term of Engineering function. We needed to meet all of targets before Mass Production Phase and we made it. - PE (Product Engineering) Manager on MantaRay Drive Product (2010-2016): After Preproduction Phase, I continue took care of Mantaray product in term of Mass Production Phase. Majority still focus on Yield Improvement, Test time (Cycle time) reduction, Quality improvement and all of Customer Issue but the difference from Preproduction Phase was no Design Team involved anymore, I need to leaded Korat team for all Targets (Budgets) furthermore all of targets of everything of Mass Production was so high when compare to Preproduction Phase anyway I and Korat team made it. - PE (Product Engineering) Manager on Moose Drive Product (2008-2014): I took care Moose program that transferred from AMK (Singapore Design Center) to Korat. This was very tough product by the way I had learnt many things from this program such as Drive Technical knowledge, Management skill, drive FA knowledge including work hard under high pressure.

    - Analyzed all of HGSA issues especially HGA Electrical Test yield excursion and HGA Electrical Test yield improvement.- Used data analysis to optimize Electrical Test yield and quality such as proposal to re-target writer width, reader width from wafer level. Tighten slider spec to optimum Electrical Test yield while slider less impact (Best cost trade off) and etc.- Supported customer issues (Drive’s issues) such as performed the coherent data analysis (All of Seagate data for all level in Seagate’s Server) to find the root cause of drive yield & reliability issue.
