    Performed UX(user experience) design using the scenario-based-learning model and conducted UX research of product prototypes through iterative designing and testing methodology to help create a new virtual educational product requested by our client: the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Tested site usability while ensuring optimal performance on a variety of browsers. Identified usability problems to inform and recommend product design or redesign. Ensured that content and product met client standards and targeted intended audience. Handled projects from conceptualization on storyboards to delivery in a virtual training management system interface. Created and improved storyboards and outlines. Worked on complex projects under pressure and met tight deadlines. Worked closely with a multidisciplinary team of subject mater experts, linguists, designers, project managers, military contractors and clients. Performed UX writer tasks such as writing instructions, feedback, FAQ and content for landing pages to help the user navigate the product, succeed and achieve their learning goals within the interface. Conducted research in data bases, created and edited high quality engaging content for E-Textbooks and assisted in the development (writing and editing) of creative virtual scenario-based-learning experiences of a new learning & development product in foreign language instruction in Spanish.
