    My favorite part of this job was training 2 employees. It let me use my teaching skills in a corporate setting. In addition to training, I evaluated daily auto claim activity and assign work to colleagues to assure quick turnaround for claims to be processed and payments made. I had a great group of colleagues to work with as we figured out claim issues. In this role I used MS Teams to share reports and documents, and communicate with co-workers. I also assisted auto shops, adjusters, and associates with solving claim questions.This position ended when Covid-19 closed the office and the contingent workers were not allowed to work from home.
