    As Founder of Love & Quiches Gourmet® (www.loveandquiches.com), I have had the pleasure of watching my company transform from my kitchen back in 1973 into the global baked goods manufacturer it is today. When I launched Love & Quiches, we started with quiches, putting them on the map as an alternative to the hamburger. Now, over 47 years later, we have expanded our baked-from-scratch product line to include a full range of distinctive gourmet desserts that are shipped throughout the USA and around the globe. Our product line includes: Gourmet Grab and Go® snacks; cheesecakes, cakes and tarts; cobblers and mousses; bread puddings and more. And, of course, the product that started it all, quiche. We pride ourselves in being Dessert Partners® to the industry, providing top-notch baked goods to domestic and international restaurant chain accounts, independent restaurants, business and industry, airlines, caterers, coffee bars, in-store bakeries, health care and universities and, more recently, domestic and international food retailers and convenience stores. We also supply the U.S. military. Love & Quiches gives back to the community. Among the many non-profits that we support are the Wounded Warriors program, which assists heroes of the American military, and our Cakes for Kids® program, created to combat children’s hunger nationally.My book, "With Love & Quiches: A Long Island Housewife's Surprising Journey from Kitchen to Boardroom " published May 6, 2014. In the book I tell the L&Q story and share some of the business insight that has allowed us to prosper. I have now retired and passed on the mantle.
