Collaborated with Tryon International Equestrian Center Media Team to plan and implement volunteer support services for the Press/Media/Marketing/Broadcasting personnel who covered the World Equestrian Games. With co-leads developed a process for tracking, orienting, training and supporting 227 international volunteers from 9 countries and 22 states over the two week period of the games in September . Also worked with two international companies charged with coordinating broadcasting and media services. Side job was coordinating community free housing for 190 eligible volunteers. On site implementation of the plans of support for the volunteers.

Sentinel event: drop out rate was reduced over the 5 years by 6.5%.
