    Lead PMC staff in controlling overall Project Quality, Safety, Progress & Cost, Objectives, as well as to ensure all Project Documents are properly controlled as per ADNOC requirements. Establish & maintain specific project procedures for Construction Supervision Management. Prepare report to ADNOC Management after investigating any problem related to the scope of Services, & recommend solutions to management. Advise ADNOC on any potential variation to the Contractors scope of work that may generate cost or time impact. Advise ADNOC of any foreseen slippage of Progress & propose Corrective Action. Review weekly & monthly report as presented by Contractor & present to ADNOC, comments of non-compliance or area of concern & corrective actions. Review & monitor the Contractor's proposed equipment & manpower histogram and advise ADNOC of any shortages. Regular visits to Project site for Global Monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety & Progress.
