Worked with a leading Banking client within their Backoffice operations department to provide day to day support on key processes. Leading US based banking client▪ Undertake multiple tasks assigned by team manager whilst meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality outputs and attention to detail▪ Managing document validations for new clients onboarded and highlight any gaps/corrections required and maintain daily worksheet▪ Setup weekly meeting with front office and middle office teams to raise concerns on ageing trades and identify solutions to resolve such issues▪ Support team manager in maintaining weekly breaks call with senior leadership by providing detailed response on ageing trades and maintain status updates during end of the day▪ Ensuring client on-boarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely manner. Worked with multiple clients (European Banking clients) to support their back-office operations which were outsourced to TCS. Day to day activities were MI & reporting support for process/subprocess, Meetings and calendar management, Queries and Escalations support, coordinating client events on TCS premises.▪ Assisting with accounts enquiries, business meetings and events: Supporting the accounts team with various tasks, such as answering customer enquiries, arranging business meetings, and coordinating events. I have effectively managed multiple client projects and ensured that all tasks were completed on time and to a high standard▪ Delivering presentations and discussing performance: Delivered presentations to clients, providing updates on projects, and discussing performance metrics.▪ Support Delivery manager with diary management, taking detailed meeting notes on daily and weekly meetings with operations and Onshore teams. Reported necessary client queries and escalations within sub-processes on regular basis for timely resolution.▪ Managing holiday and leave planner for all the teams within the account which helped Team leaders and managers provide better capacity planning and staff availability during Peak volume months and festive seasons. Was appreciated for my proactive efforts and later, I implemented such best practices to other client accounts▪ Supported administration team for any TCS events such as Monthly townhalls, Client visits, Audits, Annual functions etc and was acting as a Point of contact representing the client account. Activities such as gathering feedbacks from employees attending townhall, maintain employee database, supporting with presentations, Ad hoc support to clients, auditors for managing their work.▪ Supported finance team with queries related to business expense, approval, exceptions, invoice related issues and ensured that timely action on such tasks were taken.
