I have the opportunity to contact people and small commercial businesses to coordinate switching their utility provider to Ambit Energy. I help them make wise and informed choices for service, and help them to save or make money. Also, I let them know of our unique marketing plan, which adds benefits to their choice. Additionally, I encourage others to join as consultants and do the same thing that we do. I help them to be successful.

The facility is located at the intersection of Texas and Fort Worth streets. It's the only place in Wichita Falls that you may go to Fort Worth at Texas and yet be in Wichita Falls. The congregation is rather small right now, however the message is true, and the focus is to serve all. The Word tells us that whoever would be greatest among you, must be servant of all.

Senior Account Manager
-
May 1991 - Nov 2009
I was employed eighteen years by the local power company. As a customer service manager, I learned how to help people to better understand the many intricacies of the electric delivery business. I experienced being deployed to an area devastated by stormy climate. I used my past experience in customer service techniques, helping townships to focus on prioritizing what needs to be restored first and coordinating that need to the power company's maintenance crews. While working, I mastered using many software platforms. One system was the digitized system with the layout of all of our utilities, customer service system, storm outage system and Microsoft Office packages such as Access, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Many of the organizations I had involvement with while in the Air Force, were continued.

Electronics Repaiman
-
Sep 1966 - Sep 1970
Maintained microwave and multiplex equipment on a site called Barkway in England, United Kingdom. While there, experienced the transition of electronics from the vacuum tube technology to the use of transistors and solid state components. Later, we saw a change from component repair to 'black box' turn around. Even though this required less understanding of electronics, the rapidity of repair allowed less down time of the equipment. In component repair, it was necessary to perfect the art of soldering. In 'black box' turn around, you just had to isolate the bad board and quickly unsnap it or unscrew it , remove it and replace with a new board, and the equipment was back on the air.We learned the culture of the English people while stationed in England. My wife, Joyce and I lived with the people of the Town of Royston for around four years. Our first son, Edward , Jr. was born there in December of 1967.
