    • I own and support the EDM application stack: Content Management, Scanning Solutions, Business Process Management Suite and e-fax; and responsible for EDM Solution Architecture for the EMC product suite (Documentum, Captiva etc.).• Masshealth is one of the largest clients of the EDM shared services processing over million documents every year (average: 6 pgs/doc). There are over 15 scan/efax solutions implemented to handle the varied business functions; with Documentum being the repository for all of the data, feeding into the case-management system. Central Scanning facility was established as part of this effort (using Captiva ScaleServer Configuration) to digitize all the eligibility documents submitted via mail; which has since expanded to support other agencies as well. Crystal Reports were created to query against the repository to generate reports for the site managers.
