The IET provides a global knowledge network to facilitate the exchange of ideas and promote the positive role of science, engineering and technology in the world.Future Tech, Future of Work and the Future of Mobility and Transport are the major focus areas of the IET in India and I conceptualise and lead the business portfolio of events in South Asia in physical, digital and phygital formats that helps inspire, inform and influence the entire ecosystem of digital technology stakeholders in the region.

    Thinc - The International Collaborative, is a specialist trade fairs and conferences collaborative. We work with Global Trade Fair organisers to add value to their existing and new launch projects, we bring our relationships and network connects in Asia to Global Events and help organisers with their Go To Market strategy in new and emerging markets in India and Asia. I had been leading the portfolio of technology and manufacturing events in India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa with global exhibition organisers.Handled overall revenue of INR 50 CR (6.6M USD), oversaw sales, marketing, conference production and operational activities for events.Connect Asian customers to global events and help organisers with their go-to market strategy in new and emerging markets in India and Asia.Launched the 1st edition of an exclusive expo and conference on digitising manufacturing technology solutions called Future Factory co-located with Messe Frankfurt’s industry event, Smart Industry Solutions in Dec 2017. This was the first event in India, where we were able to showcase manufacturing and technology merge under one roof digitising the legacy manufacturing systems and processes in the country.

    Hannover Milano Fairs India is the subsidiary of Hannover Messe, Germany and Fiera Milano, Italy. Hannover Messe, the largest Industry Fair and Deutsche Messe's CeBIT, the largest Technology fair has their versions in India. I spearheaded the CeBIT portfolio in India focussing on applied tech and innovation.CeBIT India is a leading IT, ICT Annual Trade Exhibition held in Bangalore, India at the end of the year - see www.cebit-india.com. The show is designed to focus on emerging and applied technology bringing forth a technology marketplace for International and Indian exhibitors and trade buyers. I took charge of this project in May 2016 and that year, CeBIT India was the largest and most profitable IT ICT Applied Tech event in the region. Lead CeBIT India event making it the leading IT, ICT Annual Trade Exhibition with over 200 exhibitors, 9000 delegates from 9 countries.Increased total revenue by 40% and 30% in gross profit taking revenues to INR 15 CR (USD 2M).

    ABEC is the largest privately owned exhibition organiser in India and is a part of ITE Plc, which is a leading exhibition organiser in the world. The largest exhibition under their portfolio of eight is, ACETech (Architecture, Construction and Engineering design Technologies). It is the largest exhibition in Asia and one of the largest in the world in its format, numbers of segments covered and footfall. I joined the company as a Sales Manager and progressed to the role of General Manager and Regional Head North & East India – Business Development within a quick span of 2 years in the company. During this period, I set up the office in North India (Delhi), managed a team of 60 employees and established various key brands and events like ACETECH, ILS (International Lighting Summit Conference and expo), GGS (Global Green Summit conference and expo), Design Wall and AceConnect in India. Oversaw 25 exhibitions spanning across 5 cities and 80k square meters and 15 conferences in a span of 5 years generating revenues over INR 400 CR (USD 54M).Increased sales revenue by 225% with an average 78% client retention and steady growth in delegate number at an average of 55% year on year.
