Evaluates and reports on the performance of the Masters and Chief Engineers of the assigned ships .- Follow-up on the responsibilities with special attention to the below listed TMSA aspects:KPIs are maintained. PMS schedules correctly followed. Critical and operationally important maintenance, if overdue, assessed & Postponement issued. Statutory or class recommendations dealt with as soon as possible. Defect/Failure reports from vessels. Closing of all Internal and External Audits, PSC and vetting Inspections-Takes ownership of any issue with respect to assigned vessels and see the issue thoroughly to resolve
