-Participate in the identification of suitable service providers/supplier by researching service availability. (MR Reconfirmation by Email/Phone)-Send RFQ to all available suppliers in compliance with the procurement procedure. Day to day Follow-ups by email/phone to get required quotation from the professional suppliers. -Arrange bid clarification & terms and Condition discussion meetings by coordinating with Procurement supervisor.-Prepare Purchase order incorporating all terms & conditions as per company standard, in consulting with the contract & commercial departments.-Supplier Delivery, Service, replacement, storage & maintenance follow ups by coordinating with site PMV and Supplier.-Provide Weekly, Monthly and yearly reports upon management request.
